Give Me Some Sugar
I walk to work every day. It's less than ten minutes up the street. I get in the elevator on the fourth floor of my building. There is no light in the elevator. Here's what it looks like:
The editing room is in a building on a compound that used to be a sugar factory. Now it's an ersatz movie studio. Also, some municipal snowplows warm up here. But the place is a little industrial with a dash of the gulag. I love it.
I'm in the building on the right. First floor.
This is my view out the editing room window. I asked Marius what he thought the chances of there being a body buried out there was and he simply replied, "Wait for the thaw."
In Moscow there are times when you feel you're standing in a Kubrick film.

Davidsky! ;) What iconic and interesting grouping of photos... there's something to be said about the color and view outside your editing room window. Don't know what it is, but I simply love the first photo.
