I feel duty bound to clarify that my use of the hammer and sickle in the "Kvartira" posting was intended for amusement purposes only. The flag of the Russian Federation is pictured above. The hammer and sickle is no longer used. In fact, the hammer and sickle is considered by some to have the same inflammatory character as the Confederate flag in the U.S. Spacibo.

The imperial arms are reserved for the President's flag, NOT the Federation flag. Hah! Fraud! Imposter! Usurper!
